Project inquiries and uploads
When you submit an inquiry, MONOLITH may collect your name, company, email address, phone number, project address, borough, project type and size, requested schedule, ACP7 or variance information, contractor information, notes, and any project document you choose to upload. This information is used to review the request, respond, coordinate an appropriate next step, and maintain a business record.
Uploads are limited to project documents relevant to the request. Do not include worker names, personal license numbers, medical information, government identification numbers, client-confidential material unrelated to the review, or other sensitive personal information.
MONO Field Lab reviews
When you review the MONO prototype, the website may collect your selected professional role, written workflow feedback, test interest, and, if you choose to provide them, your name, work email, and permission for follow-up. Reviews are used for product research, workflow validation, and decisions about future testing and development.
Do not include client names, project addresses, worker names, license numbers, laboratory results, confidential records, or other sensitive project information in a Field Lab review.
Ask MONO, microphone, and AI processing
Microphone access is requested only after you press “Start live voice” and your browser displays its permission prompt. While the live session is active, microphone audio is streamed securely to an AI service provider and an AI-generated voice is returned in real time. The session stops when you end it, close Ask MONO, change language, refresh, or leave the page. A typed question is always available.
The selected language, Ask MONO's instructions, and the temporary conversation context are used to generate relevant answers. MONOLITH does not save raw microphone audio, questions, transcripts, AI answers, or generated voice files in its inquiry database or other persistent website storage. The current conversation exists only for the active session or open browser page.
Service providers and disclosure
Website hosting, AI, document-storage, and email-delivery providers may process information needed to operate the features you choose. Browser or device providers may process voice input. AI providers may apply their own security, abuse-prevention, and retention practices. Do not use Ask MONO to provide worker names, license numbers, medical information, government identification numbers, or confidential project records. MONOLITH does not sell personal information.
Website analytics
MONOLITH uses Google Analytics to understand visits and improve the website. It may collect usage and technical information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser information, referral source, scrolling, outbound-link activity, completed inquiry submissions, clicks to call, and whether Ask MONO was opened or used by text or voice. Questions, transcripts, AI answers, raw audio, form contents, and uploaded documents are not intentionally sent to Google Analytics.
Retention and security
Inquiry information and MONO Field Lab reviews are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, conduct product research, maintain business records, and meet legal or operational needs, after which they may be deleted or de-identified. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may use the site without activating the microphone, press “End voice conversation” at any time, close or refresh the page to clear the current Ask MONO conversation, or contact MONOLITH directly instead. Providing contact information in a MONO Field Lab review is optional unless you request follow-up. You may also request access, correction, or deletion of information submitted through Project Intake or Field Lab, subject to legitimate recordkeeping obligations.
